工作原理 Principal:
1、将冷冻的大口杯,直接放置在如图位置;(食物冷冻温度为-20°C)
2、刀片高速旋转(转速2000转/分),只需20秒即可完全去冰
3、甜点如乳脂状,口感润滑,食物的温度为-12°C,是冷冻甜点的最佳温度;
制作示范 Operation:
1.新鲜菠萝去皮切块,含核;
2.将大约700克的菠萝放入大口杯,洒上一些菠萝汁,如有需要可加糖;
3.将大口杯放入温度为-20℃的冰冻柜至少24小时;
4.不论你想何时制作果汁冰糕,只需开启Pacojet加工即可;
5.现在将冰冻大口杯拿出冷冻箱,连接到Pacojit上,在杯中食物深度冰冻的状态下直接加工即可;
6.您可以根据自己的喜好选择,只需几秒钟,冷冻的水果即可达到您希望的口感。
7.做出的果汁冰糕如乳脂状,口感有意想不到的润滑爽口(以菠萝为例),而且果汁温度也是最佳—-12℃。
